This Privacy Policy applies to the User of any of the means that allow access to information, content, websites, audio or video files or the like, newsletters and/or subscriptions via RSS (the "Contents") that Loewe makes available to the public on the Website https://theroom.loewe.com.
1. Data Controller
The personal data supplied by the User to Loewe or collected by Loewe following access by the User to the Contents of the Website will be stored in a filing system under the responsibility of Loewe, S.A., registered in the Commercial Registry of Madrid in Book 335, Section 194, Page M-6657, with tax identification number A-28003861 and registered office at c/ Goya 4 28001 Madrid (Spain).
2. Purposes of the processing of the User's personal data

5. User Rights

6. Data storage period.
Users' personal data will be actively processed by Loewe as long as they do not exercise their right to erasure. The personal data provided will be held for a certain amount of time based on the following criteria: (i) the legal storage obligation; (ii) the duration of the relationship with Loewe and the need to attend to any liabilities ensuing from the relationship; and (iii) requests by the data subject for erasure in appropriate cases.
In the event of exercising their right to erasure, the User's data will be blocked and kept in restricted form at the disposal of the competent authorities for a period of 5 years so as to address any possible liabilities arising from the processing.
Loewe will not store your personal data for longer than is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which that personal data is processed, or as required or permitted by law.
Any personal data collected and processed in the Website’s “Contact” section will only be stored and processed during the management of your request. That data will subsequently be erased.
The personal data used to send you information on the offers, news and events of our parent company will be stored for a period of five (5) years from the date on which they were collected or your last contact with Loewe. When this period expires, Loewe may contact you to find out if you wish to continue receiving information about offers, news and events. Your Data will be removed within a maximum period of one (1) month after any subscription cancellation request.
