Tanya Aguiñiga

Drawing on an upbringing as a binational citizen who crossed the US/Mexico border each day for school, Aguiñiga’s work aspires to tell the larger, often invisible stories of transnational communities and marginalised workers. Recurring themes around migration, identity, dignity, and trauma, are also poured into her craft-based advocacy work.
