Margaret Rarru Garrawurra

A Yolngu artist and master weaver, Margaret Rarru Garrawurra is the custodian of her clan’s stories and traditions. Taught by her mother and grandmother, her practice embodies ancestral, spiritual, and practical wisdom. Her works have been part of group exhibitions in Australia and the United States and form part of institutional collections.
