Konrad Koppold

With a start in woodturning during a carpentry apprenticeship, Konrad Koppold then sharpened his skills by studying design in Augsburg in 1993. His subsequent career as an interior designer widened the scope and perspective of his work. He continues to merge artistic creation with pragmatic design, redefining the role of craft in everyday life. His work is part of Dortmund’s Museum of Art and Cultural History.
