Deirdre McLoughlin
A sculptor since first touching clay in 1972, McLoughlin spent her early years between studios in Amsterdam, Dublin and Kyoto. She has exhibited extensively and won a number of prizes. Museums in Europe and the Far East have acquired her works. In Ireland she has been honoured with a postage stamp and her portrait is in the National Self-Portrait Collection of Ireland. She lives and works in Amsterdam.
