Ann Van Hoey

A late-blooming artisan, Van Hoey traded a career in economics to study ceramics at the Institute voor Kunst et Ambacht Mechelen before creating her own independent studio. Perfecting a special folding technique has seen her pieces proliferate into galleries around the world, and in 2011, earned her a place as member of the International Academy of Ceramics.
